We may amend the service from time to time and publicise the changes on our Website. The service will be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week but access may sometimes be restricted or denied for maintenance, up dating or for other technical reasons. We do not accept responsibility for any telecommunications systems or other failures outside our reasonable control. We reserve the right to discontinue or suspend access to the service at any time. The service does not include any rights to use our materials or databases except as reasonably required in connection with companies formed or administered or proposed to be formed or administered using the service.

 

Usernames & Passwords
You will need your login Username and Password supplied to you to access the service. These will be used by us to identify you as the person / individual / organisation authorised to use the service and to control access to information and records pertaining to your account. You must keep them confidential and not divulge them to any un-authorised person. You must immediately change your password and notify us on becoming aware of their loss / unauthorised use or disclosure.

 

Your use of the Service
You will be responsible for any use of the service made using your allocated User Name(s) and Password(s) until we receive notice from you to the contrary. In particular you must ensure that selections made by you from the service are appropriate for your requirements and that all data entered by you is accurate and complete and you are responsible for the formulation and interpretation of your company name availability searches. You will ensure for us all rights necessary for the processing of the data and materials, which you enter using the service and will indemnify us accordingly.

Unless otherwise stated, the copyright and other intellectual property rights in all material on this web site (including, but not Limited to, information, photographs and graphical images) is owned by CompHo Limited.

Limited Company Name Selection
The service provides a facility to scrutinise every application form prior to submission to the appropriate authority. The facility is for your convenience to ensure that the information supplied in your application is free from obvious error. We cannot accept any responsibility if the selected name is subsequently rejected by Companies House. The service only covers incorporation in England, Wales and Scotland.

 

Timing
We will make all reasonable endeavours to deal with your application forms on a timely basis. In practical terms, your form will be processed and sent to Companies House within the hour (generally much sooner) of your submission. If there are errors in your submission or payment confirmations and the application requires human intervention or there are technical problems then the submission will be delayed till the relevant issues are resolved. We accept no liability for any such delays as a result of using this service. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by fluctuations in demand at Companies House or any other third party, nor for any other delays outside of our control.

 

Currency
All Prices quoted on the web site are stated in UK Pounds Sterling. Any applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) will be added to the prices shown at the appropriate current rate. Prices are subject to change without notice.

 

Shipping
Any items that can not be sent electronically may be sent by registered post and as such will require a signature upon delivery.

 

Charges
Our charges for the use of the service will be as notified by us from time to time on the web site.

 

Third Party Rights
The service terms are not intended to be enforceable by any third party as provided by the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

 

Orders / Instructions
We accept orders and instructions only on the basis that those instructing us do so as principals and are liable directly to us for payment of our account.

We accept material for printing and / or publication only on the basis that those submitting the material are responsible for ensuring it is free from defamatory matter and does not infringe copyright or any other third party rights, and that those instructing us indemnify us accordingly.

 

Your email will be acknowledged within five working days and we shall at the point of acknowledgement provide you a reasonable estimate of the timescale involved in handling and resolving any such complaint. We will also keep the Customer informed as to the progress of the complaint.

Third Party Reliance
Our services, including Search Reports and Information Services, are provided solely for the use of our customer or their own client on whose behalf the work has been commissioned and shall not be used or relied upon by any third party without our written consent.

Searches and reports provided are for your convenience. We accepts no responsibility for any inaccuracy, omission or other error in such reports and searches.
